Why?
In the village of Vediltsi, Chernihiv district, as in many remote settlements of Ukraine, residents face a low level of access to modern educational resources and technologies. The poor quality of the Internet and the lack of specially equipped classrooms make it impossible to make full use of online educational platforms. Young people, adults and even pensioners may have a desire to learn, but they often lack the necessary conditions.
We strive to change the situation and create equal opportunities for education for everyone, regardless of where they live. We believe that access to quality education is the basis for the development of a community and its residents, especially in the digital age. That is why we want to provide people with modern educational space and infrastructure.
What?
The project envisages the creation of a special training centre with 12 workplaces for online learning and a library for access to Ukrainian-language books. At this point of opportunity, villagers will be able to acquire new knowledge, take online courses, pass exams, and develop professionally and personally without having to travel to the regional centre or city. This centre will help engage villagers in various fields of activity through online learning and provide opportunities for career development, professional skills, and personal growth.

How?
Equipment of the premises
A spacious room will be adapted for the project, which will be equipped with the necessary furniture, internet and appliances.
Technical equipment
The Opportunity Point will be equipped with 12 modern computers that will allow local residents to work freely on online education platforms, take courses, and participate in online conferences. We will also provide high-speed internet to ensure efficient work with a variety of resources.
Creating a library
To support the learning process and community development, we plan to set up a library where educational literature, technical manuals and books for general reading will be available. Here you will find materials to prepare for classes and make learning even more effective.
Support and development
Once the space is set up, we will provide regular maintenance and upgrades to the equipment, and work with local residents to support the centre's activities by providing training and helping to organise educational events and courses.
Control and monitoring
Thanks to regular monitoring and support from us, the project will be updated on a regular basis, will work for the benefit of the local community, and will meet the requirements of modern technology and people's learning needs.
