1. BASIC CONCEPTS
Website – https://knowledge-opportunities.org/ .
The Website is administered by the NGO “Knowledge and Opportunities”, located at: 14032, Ukraine, Chernihiv, 150 Volodymyr Kovalenko Str., bldg. 2.
User – a natural or legal person who has placed his/her personal information by means of registration, ordering and/or a communication form on the Website with the further purpose of transferring data to the Website Administration.
Communication form – a special form where the User places his/her personal information in order to transfer data to the Website Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the registration, booking and communication form on the Website.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorised access and disclosure.
2.3 Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Website Administration and is available to any Internet User by clicking on the hypertext link “Privacy Policy”.
2.5. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Website Administration shall notify the User by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website https://osvitoria.org/.
2.8. “OSVITORIA” does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User can click on the links available on the website https://knowledge-opportunities.org/.
2.8. By using the Contact Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received about the User.
3. TERMS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS
3.1. The User’s personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone number, etc., shall be transferred by the User to the Website Administration with the consent of the User.
3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administration through registration and the Contact Form means the User’s consent to the transfer of his/her personal data.
3.3 The Website Administration shall process information about the User, including his/her personal data, such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone number, etc., as well as additional information about the User provided by him/her at his/her own request: organisation, city, position, etc. in order to fulfil obligations to the Website User.
3.4 Personal data processing is based on the principles of:
a) legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;
b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes previously determined and declared when collecting personal data
c) compliance of the scope and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing;
d) inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
3.5. The Website Administration processes the User’s personal data with his/her consent in order to provide the services offered on the Website.
4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and used exclusively for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The User’s personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy, specified in the Consent to the Newsletter.
5.2. The provision of the User’s personal data at the request of state authorities, local self-government bodies is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
6. TERMS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The User’s personal data shall be stored on the electronic media of the Website indefinitely.
6.2. The User’s personal data shall be destroyed at the request of the User on the basis of his/her request, or at the initiative of the Website Administrator without giving any reasons by deleting the information posted by the User by the Website Administration.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
Users have the right, upon request, to receive information from the Website Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.
8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION
The Website Administration takes technical and organisational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorised or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
9. USER REQUESTS
9.1. The User has the right to send his/her requests to the Website Administration, including those regarding the use/deletion of his/her personal data, as provided for in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy in writing to the address specified in clause 1.
9.2. The request sent by the User shall contain the following information:
for an individual:
– number of the main identity document of the User or his/her representative;
– information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority;
– date of registration, booking and/or ordering;
– the text of the request in free form;
– signature of the User or his/her representative.
for a legal entity:
– a request in any form on a company letterhead;
– date of registration, booking and/or ordering;
– the request must be signed by an authorised person with the attachment of documents confirming the person’s authority.
9.3. The Website Administration undertakes to consider and respond to the request received from the User within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (requests in written/electronic form) shall be classified as restricted information and shall not be disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request may not be used without the special consent of the User other than to respond to the subject of the received request or in cases expressly provided for by law.
10. RULES FOR USING THE SITE RESOURCES
The content of the Site is intended for personal non-commercial use and may not be used for corporate or professional purposes, including for profit (for example, in professional, advertising, marketing, commercial blogs, etc.)
By browsing the Site, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, publish, broadcast, transmit, make available for commercial use or otherwise use the content of the Site except for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You also agree to respect the copyright (related) and other intellectual property rights to the content of the Site, not to adapt, modify or create derivative works (works) from any elements of the content of the Site, except for personal, non-commercial purposes (not intended for commercial profit). Any other use of the Site content, except for personal non-commercial purposes, is possible only with the prior consent of the NGO “Knowledge and opportunities”.
It is prohibited to use the content of the Site for purposes that may harm the reputation of the Team of the NGO “KNOWLEDGE AND OPPORTUNITIES”, distort the content or present it incorrectly, inaccurately, cause any losses, material or moral damage to third parties, or in any way violate the requirements of applicable law.
The Website team has full editorial (author’s) control over the content of the platform at any time and may modify or delete it at its own discretion. The Website team reserves the right to restrict access to its content, in accordance with geographical and/or other characteristics.
11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR POSTING SITE MATERIALS IN THE FORM OF EMBEDDING IN BLOGS, POSTS AND/OR ON PRIVATE WEB RESOURCES (EMBEDDING OR SHARING)
Partial use of materials and citation is permitted provided that there is a direct hyperlink to the direct address of the material on the Website, open to search engines. The link/hyperlink should be placed in the subheading, first or second paragraph of the material. The font size of the link or hyperlink should not be smaller than the font size of the text of the material used. A hyperlink is required.
Do not post the content of the Website on websites that contain illegal or offensive materials, including advertising and third-party links on such third-party websites.
The content of the Site, including information, names, titles, images (graphic drawings, diagrams), photographs, logos and drawings, articles, lectures, illustrations, drawings, other works related to the Site, is provided “AS IS”.
Nothing contained in these Rules may be construed as granting, directly or indirectly, any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design rights or copyright (related) rights belonging to the Team of the NGO “KNOWLEDGE AND OPPORTUNITIES” or third parties.
The Website Team does not assume any responsibility for problems with access to the Website and possible software errors and technical failures (“bugs”).
You agree to immediately report any infringement of copyright (related) rights and other intellectual property rights that you become aware of in relation to the materials on the Website.
The views, opinions expressed by the authors of courses and webinars may not coincide with the views of the Team of the NGO “KNOWLEDGE AND OPPORTUNITIES” and are not the responsibility of the Website Team. Responsibility for the observance of intellectual property rights within the framework of courses and webinars posted on the site lies with the teachers of these courses, authors and/or compilers.
